Classroom and internet are not the only place that can create art. Nature is another a great reference and observation for the art pieces. Not only in term of drawing or painting but you can see a lot of photography, filming and other art form are being outdoor and on the street or in the natural habitat. Nature itself create it's own art piece. You can see rocks over the year shape differently due to the exposure of weather.
Being outdoor and one with nature can bring a new form of art to the students. They can appreciate and understand the real effect of nature can bring compare to being search online. Even going to the nearest beach can bring out different experience and different perspective on things.
Being out in the open not only activate the sight, but also the sense of smell and touch. For example, going to the beach or ocean, you can smell the see and feel the cool breeze. Going to national parks, you can feel the heat from the rocks or the coolness of waterfall. During winter, you can smell that pine or feel the skin of the tree trunk change over the year and the weather.
Art does not conform in the classroom or online but also everywhere and everything that surround us.
